What to expect when attending a Sound Bath

To fully enjoy your sound bath experience, dress comfortably. Japanese floor mats, blankets, small head pillows, and weighted healing stone eye masks are provided for your use. You are welcome to bring any of these items yourself, or any additional items (like a bolster) to keep you comfortable in a lying down position for the duration of the bath.

The first few minutes allow space for you to settle in, relax, and set your intention for the bath. I begin each session with a simple breathing exercise to bring you into the present moment and help relax the mind and body. You will remain in a lying down (or comfortable position of your choice) while I play the instruments, and I will lead you out of the bath after a few moments of silence, with the sound of my voice.  No prior meditation or sound bath experience is required. It’s my mission to make sound healing approachable and accessible to anyone who is open to trying it!
